We are looking for a motivated and eager account manager to help kick-start our commercial venture! You will be our first dedicated account manager and will work on business development and partnership strategy alongside the CEO and CPO.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling technology and software solutions, have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and have experience and success in sales efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospects, developing and implementing sales strategies - and of course, closing sales!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for our products and services
  • Finding potential customers and qualifying leads
  • Identifying potential customers and generating new leads
  • Building relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Advise customers based on their needs and our software
  • Help customers adopt our solutions
  • Work with and develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Understand customers' needs and offer solutions that meet their expectations
  • Contribute to customer use, loyalty and reduce churn
  • Preparing and conducting product demos and presentations for potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, support and product development to ensure the best customer experience
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitors and new products in the market
  • Helping marketers with relevant content for sales and training purposes
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and promote our products
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date and helping to prepare sales targets, budgets and reports

Qualifications

  • Sales experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Norwegian and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and relationships with customers
  • Analytical and practical with the ability to advise customers on the use of our services
  • Understanding of business operations and economics
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experienced in the use of CRM software and other sales-related tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel if needed
